Fay Gardens offers a milestone-based payment plan: 10% on booking, then 5% increments at 3, 6, and 9 months, followed by further 5% payments at construction milestones of 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, and 35% completion, with 50% due on handover. This spreads the purchase cost across the construction period, making it accessible for off-plan buyers.
